This almond citrus dressing can be used as a dip, salad dressing, or to season just about any meal. I will be using it in my flaxseed bread wraps. Since some people in the family are allergic to peanuts, I came up with an almond sauce instead of a peanut sauce. Once again this is a simple recipe with just a few ingredients. I used the Barney almond butter because is not processed in the same facility that process peanuts.
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon
- Mix the Almond Butterwith the Lemon
- Add the Brown Sugarand Stir Until Combined
