Gluten Free Flaxseed Wrap Bread

Serves: 2
This recipe makes 2 wraps if you want to make 4 wraps you can double the recipe.
  1. In a Large Bowl Put the Flaxseeds, Cumin, and Salt
  2. Mix Until Combined
  3. Add the Water and Stir
  4. Knead the Flaxseed Dough for 1 Minute
  5. Allow to Rest Uncovered for 1 Hour
  6. Once the Dough has Rested, Add Some Flour on Your Surface and Knead for 1 Minute
  7. Part the Dough in Two Balls
  8. Roll Out each ball into a Large Thin Circle
  9. Add the Oil to a Large Sauté Pan on Medium-High Heat
  10. Add Each Wrap to the Pan for 1-2 Minutes on Each Side
  11. Enjoy with the Filling of Your Choice
