Juicy Sauted Chicken

Serves: 4
  • 1lb Thin Skinless Chicken Breast Cutlets
  • 1 Cup of Flour
  • 2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 3 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • ½ Cup Buttermilk
  1. Pour ½ Cup of Buttermilk into a Bowl and Set Aside
  2. Mix the Flour with the Salt, Pepper, and Oregano in a Bowl and Set Aside
  3. Remove All Trimmings and Fat from the Chicken Breast
  4. Cut Chicken into Nuggets Size
  5. Rinse Chicken in the Sink
  6. Pat it Dry
  7. Dip Chicken Breast into the Buttermilk and then into the Flour Mixture
  8. Double Dip the Chicken into the Buttermilk again and lastly into the Flour Mixture a Second Time
  9. Allow the Chicken to Sit for 5 Minutes to Dry for a Bit
  10. In the Meantime Add the 3 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil to a Large Saute Pan on Medium-High Heat
  11. Add All of The Breaded Chicken Pieces to the Oil Once Hot
  12. Cook for 3 to 4 Minutes on Each Side
  13. Serve and Enjoy
